This past November 9th, as part of our remembrance service, we encountered profound teachings shared through the book of Hebrews, specifically chapter 10, which eloquently speaks about sacrifice, its implications, and its permanence. His heroic actions to save his crew from a burning aircraft illustrate extraordinary bravery and sacrifice in times of peril. Although sacrifice continues to be a necessary part of humanity, it also demands that we remember those who laid down their lives for our freedom.
